Dianthus subacaulis
A low-growing, mat-forming perennial, Dianthus subacaulis produces masses of soft pink, fringed flowers above tight cushions of blue-green foliage. Flowering in late spring to early summer, it adds colour, texture, and a neat, alpine character to rock gardens, edging, and well-drained borders. Thrives in full sun with excellent drainage.
