Penstemon barbatus ssp. coccineus ‘Jingle Bells’
Hardy perennial
Penstemon barbatus is a lovely perennial which produces masses of red flowers on sturdy stems above soft silver-blue foliage. This is great addition to the drought prone gardens and is a great beneficial insect attractor. Grows to approx 150cm with flowers and prefers full sun in very well draining soil. Cut back after flowering.
