The easiest Penstemon! Produces electric blue to dark purplish flowers on long spikes which attract bumblebees. The flowers have hairy throats, and for this reason penstemons are sometimes referred to as ‘beard-tongues’. This is one of the easiest penstemon to grow and once established can withstand drought and self seeds freely. Grows to approx 50-90cm tall.
