Hardy perennial

Teucrium scorodonia, or garlic germander, is a perennial herb in the mint family, native to southern Europe. It has tubular flowers in pale yellow to purple, attracting pollinators. The aromatic, hairy leaves emit a garlic scent when crushed, adding uniqueness to gardens. Thriving in well-drained, rocky soils, it serves as a resilient ground cover growing to around 60cm tall, tolerating drought. A very beautiful and unusual perennial!
